Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We recognize employees may experience issues that affect their quality of life at home or at work. The Employee Assistance Program, through Unum Work/Life Balance, is available 24/7 to you and your household family members. Calls are completely confidential and there is no cost for using the service. The professionals at the EAP will help by assessing, advising, and recommending options to help you or your family members deal with problems. In addition to unlimited phone counseling, you are also eligible for 3 face-to-face counseling sessions per incident per year. The EAP can help with many issues, including:

• Conflicts at work
• Financial or legal problems
• Depression
• Grief
• Marital or family concerns
• Stress
• Codependency
• Drug and alcohol dependency
